At SW's Wild & Pure Honey, we take great care in packaging and delivering our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Food Safety Policy
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on honey or any food items once they have been shipped, except in cases where the product has been damaged during shipping.
Damaged Items
If your honey arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund for any items damaged in transit.
